Medical volunteers from the USA have made a powerful impact in the lives of the people in Nungua, delivering not only healing but also hope, compassion, and a renewed sense of care to those in need.

The “Medical & Dental Missions 2025” event, a dynamic collaboration between Low Country Healthcare Volunteers and the Brunswick (GA) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, USA, has successfully ended after four impactful days in Nungua, in the Greater Accra Region.
The inspiring initiative united passionate professionals and volunteers, all driven by a shared mission to uplift community health and well-being. Their dedication left a powerful and lasting impact on the lives of the residents
The 40-member medical team provided treatment across various specialties, including Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Psychiatry, Audiology, and Dentistry.

Led by the trio of Dr Mark Clayton, Dr Shirley Wilson, and Dr Seth Borquaye, the team was skillfully organized by Ms Dorothy Adiaba, with Dr Samuel Anang Borquaye serving as the passionate voice and spokesperson.
