In a statement dated April 21, 2026, the Directorate clarified that no such announcement has been made regarding the completion or nationwide distribution of Party ID cards. It further urged party members and the general public to disregard the false communication entirely, emphasising that only verified updates disseminated through approved party channels should be trusted to avoid confusion and protect the integrity of ongoing administrative work.
