Asante Kotoko has bolstered their defence with the acquisition of 29-year-old centre-back Michael Sefah on a one-and-a-half-year contract.
Sefah, who is also adept at playing as a defensive midfielder, joins from Port City Football Club and brings valuable experience from his time with Liberty Professionals and Medeama SC.

In another development, right-back Emmanuel Kotei, has successfully undergone knee surgery following an injury sustained in training. The procedure marks the start of his rehabilitation under the club’s medical team, though no timeline has been set for his return.
