JANUARY
⚫January 8, The world witnessed Asanteman’s grand celebration of the first Akwasidae festival at the Manhyia Palace. The event attracted celebrants from across the country and beyond the shores of Ghana to the Palace.
⚫Offinsohene, Nana Dwamena Akenten swore an oath of allegiance to Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II. It took place at the Manhyia Palace during the first meeting of the Asanteman council on January 11, 2024.
FEBRUARY
⚫On the 6th, a Symposium in Commemoration of the 150th Anniversary of the Sagrenti War and a Book Launch held at KNUST Great Hall.
⚫On the 9th, Manhyia Palace hosted the Kuntunkuni Durbar in commemoration of the Sagrenti War of 1874.
- Fowler Museum (USA), led by Dr Silvia Forni, Director; Dr Erica Jones, Senior Curator of African Arts and Manager of Curatorial Affairs; and Dr Richel Raynor, Director of Registration and Collections Management, officially returned ‘stolen’ Asante artefacts to Otumfuo.
⚫On the 18th, the Church of Christ Ghana donated an amount of GHC330,000 towards the ‘Heal KATH’ Project.
⚫LBO Featherweight Champion, Stanley Nyantakyi, accompanied by his team, Osibo Boxing Management and Promotion, presented his belt to Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
⚫Finance Minister Mohammed Amin Adam paid a courtesy visit to the Manhyia Palace to formally introduce himself to Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II on February 20, 2024.
⚫2021 Artiste of the Year Diana Hamilton sought the blessings of Asantehene to host the 2nd session of Awake Experience Concert at Bantama in Kumasi during a courtesy visit to the Manhyia Palace on February 21.
⚫On the 21st, Manhyia Palace granted an audience to the Ghana Institute of Surveyors (GhS).
⚫Vodafone Ghana’s CEO, Patricia Obo-Nai called on Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il to inform him about the company’s rebranding to Telecel following its recent takeover, along with other company matters.
⚫On the 26th, Asantehene joined Juabenhene to mourn the late Juabenhemaa Nana Akosua Akyamaa Ill on February 24, 2024.
⚫On the 29th, Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il inspected the ongoing renovation project at Comfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) in Kumas.
⚫Asantehene embarked on an inspection at the inoperative Sawua Regional Hospital.
⚫Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il made a historic visit to the Palace of Sawuahene Nana Kwaku Amankwaa Sarkodie Il on Thursday,
February 29, 2024. He was received by the Queen mother, Nana Akosua Brafi Afisaa II, and other traditional authorities.
⚫On Thursday, February 24, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II visited the Maternity Ward expansion project at the Manhyia Government Hospital in Kumasi as part of his tour of key medical facilities in the Ashanti Region.
MARCH
⚫1st March, The Chairman of the Kumasi Technical University (KsTU) Council, Prof. Dr. Ben Baffoe-Bonnie, introduced Professor Gabriel Dwomoh and Ing. Prof. Abena Agyeiwaa Obiri-Yeboah as Vice-Chancellor and Pro Vice-Chancellor respectively to Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
⚫On the 4th, Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II received the Local Organising Committee (LOC) of the 13th African Games at the Manhyia Palace, the continental sports competition also presented its torch to him.
⚫On 7th March, Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il granted an audience to Seretse Khama lan Khama, the former President of Botswana, along with his entourage.
⚫On the 9th, the President of Malta, His Excellency George William Vela and his wife Miriam Vella paid a courtesy call to the Asantehene at the Manhyia Palace.
⚫On the 11th, Juabenhene Nana Otuo Serebuo formally introduced the new Queen Mother of the Juaben Traditional Area, Nana Akosua Akyaamaa IV, alongside the New Juabenhene Nana Kwaku Boateng IV and New Juabenhemaa Nana Juaben Serwaa to Asanteman.
⚫The Paramount Chief of Offinso, Nana Dwamena Akenten, and his stool elders expressed heartfelt gratitude to Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il during the Asanteman Council sitting on March 11, 2024. The appreciation was in connection with Otumfuo’s candid demeanour, which led to his enstoolment as chief.
⚫ On 13th March, The Management of Christian Service University College (CSUC) extended a humble invitation to Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il for their 50th Anniversary Celebration in September.
⚫The 2023 National Best Livestock Farmer, Mr Augustine Asubonteng showed his plaque to Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II when he joined the Awukudae Festival at the Manhyia Palace.
⚫A delegation made up of the business and government agencies in Trinidad and Tobago was led by the country’s Trade and Indus Minister, Paula Gopee-Scoon, to participate in the Awukudae festival on March 13, 2024. The group is in Ghana in response to a call by Asantehene Otu Osei Tutu Il for collaboration between the business sectors of the two countries.
⚫On March 15, The CEO of Telecel Ghana, Mrs Patricia Obo-Nai led a Telecel Group delegation to the Manhyia Palace. She introduced Nicolas Bourg as the Board Chairman, Moh Damush as Group CEO, Malek Atrissi as Chief Operating Officer, and Eleanor Azar as Chief of Staff.
⚫The Management team of SIC Insurance Plc presented their new Managing Director, Ms Hollister Duah-Yentumi, to Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il at the Manhyia Palace.
⚫The Colombian Ambassador to Ghana, HE Daniel Garces Carabali, has presented a proposed itinerary for a state visit by Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il to Colombia.
The envoy visited Manhyia Palace in a follow-up to an invitation by the Vice President of the South American country.
⚫The leadership of Sinapi Aba Savings and Loans Limited has donated towards the Heal KATH Project. The donation was presented during a courtesy visit to the Manhyia Palace.
⚫On the 16th, Burkinabe business mogul and President of the Muslim Community in Burkina Faso, Alhaji Moussa Kouanda paid a courtesy visit to Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
⚫On the 18th, MTN Ghana’s outgoing CEO, Mr Selorm Adadevoh, officially informed Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il about his promotion to the role of the Group’s Chief Commercial Officer.
⚫The Ghana Integrated Aluminum Development Corporation (GIADEC) introduced Mytilineos SA to Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il as a new partner in the development of bauxite at Nyinahin-Mpasaaso on March 18, 2024, at the Manhyia Palace.
⚫The Minister for Roads and Highway, Hon Francis Asenso Boakye sought the blessings of Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il after formally informing him about his reassignment during a courtesy call on March 18, 2024.

⚫On the 23rd, Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II superintended the climax of the 57th Congregation of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology on Saturday.
⚫Catholic Metropolitan Archbishop of Kumasi, Most Reverend Gabriel Justice Anokye introduced Rev. Msgr. John Opoku-Agyemang to Asantehene as Bishop-elect of Konongo-Mampong Diocese.
⚫On the 27th, The Management of Newmont Ghana on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, provided an update on the operations of the company to Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
⚫The Institute of Directors, Ghana (loD-Gh), has officially informed Otumfuo about their intention to honour him for promoting good governance in Asanteman, Ghana, and beyond.
⚫On the 28th, Outgoing Central Command GOC, Brigadier General Charles Agyemang Prempeh formally introduced his successor, Brigadier General Michael Opoku to Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
APRIL
⚫On April 4th, The market women in Kumasi, Ashanti Region, collectively donated ¢220,000 to support Otumfuo’s Heal KATH initiative.
Kejetia, Central, and Abinkyi markets contributed €100,000, while Bantama, Race Course, and Suame markets gave c120,000.
⚫On the 5th, the Otumfuo Osei Tutu II Composers Competition was held at the Great Hall of KNUST where the Tamale Youth Choir won the competition.
⚫On the 9th, An Ivorian delegation, comprising 7 paramount chiefs from the Baoule ethnic group, an Asante tribe, officially informed Asantehene about the demise of former President Henri Konan Bédi.
⚫On the 12th, His Majesty attended the first District Conference of Rotary International District 9104 held at the Golden Bean Hotel, Kumasi.
⚫On 15th April, The Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il Jubilee Hall was commissioned at a colourful event at the Manhyia Palace in Kumasi.
⚫On the 17th, Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il commissioned the Genser Energy Ghana Limited Kumasi pipeline, PPO2 at Anwomaso in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.
⚫On the 19th, the Otumfuo STEM Festival was launched.
⚫The Minister of Works And Housing Ghana, Kojo Oppong-Nkrumah on Friday, April 19, 2024, paid a courtesy visit to Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il to inform him of his reshuffle from the Ministry of Information.
⚫The High Commissioner of Rwanda to Ghana, H.E Rosemary Mbabazi has invited Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il to the Commission’s commemoration of the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi slated for May 24 and a subsequent state visit in September.
⚫The Ghana Chamber of Mines has extended an invitation to have Asantehene as the Special Guest at their annual conference on June 5, 2024.

⚫On the 22nd of November, Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il received a message from the President of Cote d’Ívoire, H.E Alassane Ouattara, delivered by H.E. Félix Assielou Tanon, the country’s Ambassador to Ghana.
⚫The Minister for Transport, Hon Kwaku Ofori Asiamah briefed Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il about the progress of work on the Kumasi International Airport during a courtesy call at the Manhyia Palace.
⚫Asanteman Queens Day was held to celebrate Queens around the Kingdom as well as Asante women. The event was graced by His Majesty the Asantehene, Her Royal Highness the Asantehemaa.

⚫On the 24th, Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il hosted the “Ahoho Da” at the Manhyia Palace on April 24, 2024, as part of his 25th Enstoolment Anniversary.
- Present at the event were Ogyeahohoo Yaw Gyebi, President of the National House of Chiefs and Paramount Chief of Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Area; Naa Puowele Karbo III, Vice President of the National House of Chiefs and Paramount Chief of Lawra Traditional Area in the Upper West Region; Minister for Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs, Stephen Asamoah Boateng; and others.
⚫On the 26th of April, Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il celebrated 25 years on the Golden Stool at the Manhyia Palace with a thanksgiving service with the various denominational churches in the country.
⚫To commemorate his Silver Jubilee on April 26, 2024, Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II hosted an Anniversary Lunch, featuring musical performances by the Manhyia Palace Band, Ben Brako, Daughters of Glorious Jesus, and Akwaboah.
MAY
⚫1st May, Reopening of the Manhyia Palace Museum.
- Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu lI took a comprehensive tour of the Manhyia Museum. He meticulously examined the artefacts stolen from the Palace during the Sagrenti War of 1874 and recently returned from the UK and US.
- Manhyia Palace hosted a Photo Exhibition on May 1, 2024, as part of Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il’s anniversary celebration. The King inspected the display that featured a journey through his life, from his early days as a king. Showcasing moments of diplomacy, state visits, and encounters with presidents both within and beyond Ghana, the exhibition offered a glimpse into the esteemed ruler’s remarkable life.
⚫On 2nd May, Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il as part of his Silver Jubilee, sat in state on May 2, 2024, to receive homage from individuals and institutions.
⚫On May 4, The Executive Launch and unveiling of the Asantehene Commemorative Stamps was hosted at the Otumfuo Osei Tutu II Jubilee Hall at the Manhyia Palace

- Church service held at the St. Cyprian’s Anglican Church in honour of the King.
- A dinner party was held at the Otumfuo Osei Tutu II Jubilee Hall to celebrate the life of the Asantehene.
⚫On May 7, The Kwame Nkrumah University of Sciences and Technology (KNUST) held a four-day event to celebrate Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II as part of the King’s 25th Anniversary celebration, dubbed ‘The Chancellor’s Week’.
⚫On the 8th, KNUST organized the ‘Chancellor’s Cup’ as part of the Kings Anniversary.
⚫On the 8th, Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il attended a musical concert at KNUST Great Hall. This was part of activities slated for ‘Chancellor’s Week’, a 4-day event by KNUST to celebrate Otumfuo’s leadership.
- The University Choir and Kumasi Evangel Choir, led by Randal Kempton, lecturer at Brigham Young University, Idaho, delivered choral performances. American vocalist Brenda Marie Turner and Dr Gaddiel Obi Mensah York also performed solos.

⚫On the 25th, Freemasons from far and wide gathered in Kumasi to honour Most Worshipful Bro Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Grand Patron of the Grand Lodge of Ghana, on two significant milestones: his 25th anniversaries on the Golden Stool and in Freemasonry.
The celebration took place at the Bro Otumfuo Sir Agyemang Prempeh Il Masonic Hall, Kumasi.
- Manhyia Palace hosted a banquet for Freemasons/G\ who travelled from far and wide to honour the life patron of the Grand Lodge of Ghana, Most Worshipful Bro Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il at the Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il Jubilee Hall.
JUNE
⚫On June 2, A delegation was sent by Asantehene to represent Asanteman in Ivory Coast, to mourn with his Baoule Royals of Daoukro, who trace their ancestry from Nsuta, Asante (Ghana), as they bid farewell to the former President Henri Konan Bedie.
- The delegation included Barima Adunan IV, the Omanhene of Kuntanase Traditional Council, Omanhemaa of Manso Nkwanta, Nana Abora Sika Ill and Otumfuo Kyeame Kwaku Wusu.
⚫On the 5th, The Robotic Club of Prempeh College presented their accolades from the Global Robotic Competition to Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il during the Awukudae celebration.
⚫The Association of Police Officers from Asanteman, the Catholic Archdiocese of Kumasi, Asanteman Flagbearers and businessman Nana Adjel Kyereme presented their donation towards the Heal Komfo Anokye Project at the Awukudae celebration.
⚫The Chief Executive Officer of Trans-Sahara Industries, Mr Gerald Acheampong, donated branded bicycles to the Manhyia Palace at the Awukudae.
⚫The former Deputy Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, Hon Benito Owusu Bio led a delegation from the Forestry Commission to formally inform Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il about this year’s edition of Green Ghana Day scheduled for June 7.

- As part of their mission, the team thanked Otumfuo Osei Tutu II for accepting their request for Philatelic Stamps in his honour; requested UK and USA inaugurations of the stamps; presented stamps to the Palace; and donated proceeds from the stamp sales to the Manhyia Palace Museum.
⚫A delegation from the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) and the Ghana Red Cross Society (GRCS) visited the Manhyia Palace. They requested that an envoy be appointed by Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il to support their “Africa Royals Climate Change and Tree Planting and Care” Programme.
⚫On the 8th, Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il graced SOS – Hermann Gmeiner International College’s Graduation, Speech and Prize Giving Day on June 8, 2024. He urged the graduates to cultivate self-discipline to overcome life’s challenges.
⚫On the 10th of June, Ga Mastse Nii Tackie Teiko Tsuru Il hosted a durbar in honour of Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il on June 9, 2024, at the Ga Mantse Palace.
- During the event, Asantehene made a heartfelt appeal for unity among Asantes and Gas and donated GHC500,000 towards the Ga Educational Fund.
⚫On the 12th, Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, gave an audience to the Flagbearer of the NPP, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia at the Manhyia Palace.
⚫On the 19th, The Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, Samuel Abu Jinapor, secured the approval of Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II to host a national dialogue on land administration, dubbed the “National Land Stakeholder Symposium”.
⚫On the 21st, the Management of Standard Chartered Bank Ghana P.LC paid a courtesy call on Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il at Manhyia Palace to congratulate him on his Silver Jubilee.
⚫The American Consul General in Ghana, Elliot Fertik paid a courtesy visit to Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region. He used the occasion to wish the Asantehene well on his 25th
Anniversary and assured of his commitment to strengthening the ties between the two countries and their people.
⚫On the 23rd, The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary for Bulgaria to Ghana, His Excellency Yanko V. Yordanov, extended a hand of friendship to Asanteene Otumuo Osei Tutu lI, seeking to collaborate with the King on various projects and initiatives.
⚫On the 26th, The Minister for Health, Hon Bernard Oko Boye formally introduced himself to Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il at the Manhyia Palace.

JULY
⚫On 9th July, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo today, introduced the NPP ticket for the 2024 Presidential Election to Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il at the Manhyia Palace.
- He led a contingent made up of executives of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Ministers, Members of Parliament and party supporters to the Palace following the approval of Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh as the Running Mate of their flagbearer, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia.
⚫On July 13, the Millennium Excellence Awards, the 25th Anniversary Edition was launched.
⚫ On the 17th, His Majesty the Asantehene celebrated the 5th Awukudae at His Henley residence in the United Kingdom.
⚫Later in the day, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II was hosted to a private dinner at the Athenaeum Pall Mall, London. The King was joined by former President John Agyekum Kufuor and H. E Papa Owusu Ankomah, Ghana’s High Commissioner to the UK.
⚫On the 18th, The King, Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il paid a visit to the Victoria and Albert (V&A) Museum, one of the two Museums that lent back a few looted Asante artefacts in their possession and on display in their galleries in the United Kingdom.
⚫On the 20th, Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il delivered a speech on the theme, Asante Culture and Heritage: Past and Present at the British Museum, UK 🇬🇧
⚫On the 23rd, the Asantehene paid a visit to His friend, King Charles III, King of the United Kingdom at His Sandringham Palace.
AUGUST
⚫Otumfuo Osei Tutu II delivered a keynote address at the inaugural Black Heritage Network Symposium hosted by Citibank Event in London.
⚫Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il, celebrated the 6th Akwasidae at the Middle Temple Garden in the UK on August 4, 2024. Members of the Royal Family, Nananom, Queen Mothers, Ambassadors, Political Figures and many distinguished guests joined His Majesty in the Celebration.
⚫On the 6th, Asantehene Returns from the United Kingdom.
⚫On the 19th, The Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Ghana, H.E. Pavel Bilek paid a courtesy visit to Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il at the Manhyia Palace. The meeting was centred on a tree planting project aimed at tackling deforestation, as well as avenues to reinforce bilateral relations between Ghana and the Czech Republic for mutual benefit.
⚫The management members of AngloGold Ashanti have formally introduced their new Managing Director of the Obuasi Mine, Samuel Boakye Pobee, to His Majesty Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
⚫Asantehene Oumfuo Osei Tutu Il hosted the sixth Awukudae Festival of the year at the Manhyia Palace in Kumasi after the last was one held in the United Kingdom (UK) last month.
- While observing the festival on August 28, 2024, Otumfuo was. Joined by the Methodist Church of Ghana, Kumasi Girls’ Senior High School, the Executives of the National Choir of the Presbyterian Church, the Anglican Church, Osborn Boxing Management, partners of the Migration Fair and others.

⚫Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il chaired the Kumasi Traditional Council meeting today, September 2, 2024, at the Manhyia Palace.
Among the chieftaincy disputes that he presided over were Wawase, Denyase and Wirempe.
- The Council concluded the Wawase dispute with a verdict in favour of the Asakyire Clan while the chief of Wirempe, Nana Opia Mensah II was destooled.
⚫Otumfuo Osei Tutu II was conferred with Honorary Doctorate Degree by the University of Cape Coast on September 5.
⚫On 7th September, the Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II graced the Oguaa Fetu Afahye as the Special Guest of Honour.
⚫On the 10th, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II attended the Ghana Bar Association’s Annual General Conference held at KNUST, upon his return from Cape Coast.
⚫On the 11th, The Management of FirstBank Ghana has formally informed
Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il about the opening of their third branch at Nhyiaeso in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.
⚫A delegation led by the Minister for Trade and Industry, KT Hammond, was received at the Manhyia Palace in Kumasi by Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il. The Minister informed Otumfuo about the commencement of the first phase of the Greater Kumasi Industrial Park and Special Economic Zone Project and introduced Maripoma Engineering Limited as the contractor.
⚫On the 12, the Ga-Mantse, Nii Tackie Teiko Tsuru II paid a royal visit to Otumfuo Osei Tutu II at the Manhyia Palace.
⚫On the 20th, The President and Chief Executive Officer of Newmont Corporation, Tom Palmer paid a courtesy visit to Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il at the Manhyia Palace. He used the occasion to introduce the company’s new Managing Director for Africa, Abdul Rahman Amoadu, a Ghanaian, and to update Otumfuo about the Ahafo North project.
⚫Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il gave an audience to the Congo’s Minister of Spatial Planning, Infrastructure, and Road Maintenance, Jean Jacques Bouya, at the Manhyia Palace in Kumasi on September 20, 2024. He formally informed Otumfuo about an upcoming meeting between 14 African Heads of State on October 1, 2024, in Brazzaville in Congo to fashion a plan to make effective use of Africa’s resources.

⚫The University of Memphis, USA, paid a courtesy call on Otumfuo to update the King on plans to expand its scholarship programmes for Ghanaian students.
⚫The Founder and Leader of the Movement for Change, Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanten, paid a courtesy call on Otumfuo Osei Tutu II at the Manhyia Palace.
⚫On October 9, Prempeh College, Mfantsipim School, Achimota School and Asanteman SHS extended a Royal invite to the Asantehene to grace their school’s anniversary celebrations.
⚫The second Lady, H.E Samira Bawumia paid a courtesy call on the Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II at the Awukudae celebration.
⚫On Saturday, October 12, The Asantehene, His Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu lI, was at Obuasi to officially tee off the AngloGold Ashanti’s 6th Otumfuo Invitational Golf Tournament at the Obuasi Golf Course.
⚫Sampamanhene, Nana Samgba Gyafla represented Otumfuo at the Annual Africa Higher Education Health Collaborative at the Lancaster Kumasi City Hotel.
NOVEMBER 2024
⚫Mamponghene Daasebre Osei Bonsu represented Otumfuo Osei Tutu II at the Grand Durbar celebrating the 75th Anniversary of Prempeh College.
⚫On November 9, Otumfuo teed off the Telecel 67th Asantehene Open Golf Championship at the Royal Golf Park, Kumasi.
⚫In the evening, the King graced the 67th Asantehene Open Golf Championship dinner, held at the Manhyia Palace banquet hall.
⚫On the 15th, Otumfuo Chaired the last Ashanti Regional House of Chiefs meeting of the year 2024. At the meeting; Nsutahene, Offinsohene and Mamfohene were inducted as new members.
- While Mamponghene, Essumegyahene, Kumawuhene, Bompatahene and Domeabrahene were elected to represent the Region at the National House of Chiefs.
- Also in the Ahafo Region; Ntotrosomanhene was elected as the new president of the Ahafo Regional House of Chiefs. While; Ntotroso, Yamfo, Sankore, Mim and Kukuomhene were elected to represent the Region at the National House of Chiefs.

⚫On November 30, The Asantehene who is also the Chancellor of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, graces the climax of the school’s 58th Congregation.
⚫Nsutahene Nana Asamoah Gyamfi Sekyere represents Otumfuo Osei Tutu II at the 25th Anniversary of Tepahene, Nana Adusei Atwenewa Ampem.

⚫Otumfuo attended the doteyie of Nkoransahemaa, Nana Adutwumwaa Dudaa Kani.
⚫On December 3, The then Flagbearer of the NDC, Former President John Dramani Mahama (President-Elect) paid a courtesy call on Otumfuo Osei Tutu II ahead of the December 7 Election.
⚫The Permanent Representative of the African Union to the United States of America, H.E Amb. Hilda Sukarno-Mafudze paid a courtesy call on Otumfuo Osei Tutu II to officially invite His Majesty to the African Union Ambassadors Ball in the United States of America in March 2025.
⚫On December 5, the Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party, Vice President Mahamud Bawumia paid a courtesy call on the Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu Il today at the Manhyia Palace ahead of the 2024 General Election.

- Duayaw Nkwanta state organized the doteyie of the late Duayaw Nkwantamanhene, Nana Boakye Tromoh II.
- Nana Owusu Ampah III (a military officer), was enstooled as the Omanhene of Obogu Traditional Council.
- The Bechem state held the doteyie of the late Bechemhene, Nana Fosu Gyeabuo Akoto in October.
- The Doteyie of the late Badumanhene was held in the Badu state.
- The Doteyie and Ayikesie of Juabenhemaa were held and a new Juabenhemaa was enstooled.
- Beposohemaa celebrated 90 years on the Beposo state stool.
- Sabronum state got a new Omanhene.
- In the same month, the Kumawu State organized the Ayikesie of the late Kumawuhene, Barima Asumadu Sakyi.
- The Ayikesie of Offinsohene Nana Wiafe Akenten was held.
- Tepa state celebrated the 25th Anniversary of Tepamanhene, Nana Adusei Atwenewaa Ampem in November.
- Nkoransahemaa doteyie was observed by Nkoranza state in December.
- A new Nkoranzahene was selected by the elders of Nkoranza state. And he has sworn to the people of Nkoranza.
