As part of his nationwide engagement tour with party delegates, former Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia and his regional and constituency campaign teams visited Atebubu-Amantin on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, ahead of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Presidential Primaries slated for January 31, 2026.
The visit forms part of Dr Bawumia’s ongoing effort to interact directly with delegates, share his vision for both the party and Ghana’s future, and listen to the concerns of grassroots members. Addressing the gathering, Dr Bawumia emphasised his commitment to unity, inclusiveness, and transformational leadership—values he believes are essential to consolidating the NPP’s gains and advancing national prosperity.
The campaign team expressed gratitude to the delegates and party faithful in Atebubu-Amantin for their steadfast dedication to the NPP’s cause and looked forward to continued collaboration as the primaries approach.
Delegates, in turn, warmly welcomed the Vice President and assured him of their full support, pledging a resounding victory for Dr Bawumia in the upcoming primaries.
