The New Patriotic Party (NPP) UK branch continues to consolidate its organisational momentum across the diaspora, as members gathered over the weekend for two key events — the Manchester Youth Conference and the Birmingham Chapter Swearing-In Ceremony.
Writing in a reflective note, Chairman Appiah Kubi described the twin events as “significant milestones in the continuous renewal and mobilisation of the NPP in the United Kingdom.” He highlighted the enthusiasm, organisation, and vision that characterised both gatherings, noting that they underscored the strength and readiness of the party’s youth and regional structures abroad.
In Manchester, the youth conference was held under the theme “A Formidable Youth Wing, Ready for Power.” The programme showcased the commitment and creativity of the NPP’s young members, whose contributions demonstrated strategic insight and a shared belief in the party’s future. “Their passion, discipline, and clarity of purpose reaffirmed our collective belief that the future of the NPP is in capable hands,” Chairman Appiah Kubi wrote.
In Birmingham, the newly elected chapter executives were officially sworn in under the theme “Restoring Faith, Rebuilding Together, Rising Stronger.” The event celebrated teamwork, dedication, and a renewed commitment to service, reflecting the vitality of the NPP’s UK chapters. Chairman Appiah Kubi commended the organisers and leaders “for their efforts and commitment,” adding that “when we stand together, our strength multiplies.”
The celebrations also drew reactions from rising party members. Lexy Abenaa Boahene, Aspiring Assistant Secretary for the Ashanti Region, described the Manchester Youth Conference as “nothing short of inspiring.” She expressed deep gratitude to the organisers, speakers, and attendees, stating, “Together, we are truly a formidable youth wing, ready for power. Let us keep building, connecting, and preparing for victory — 2028 starts now.”
Across both cities, the message was clear: the NPP’s diaspora base remains active, disciplined, and strategically focused on contributing to the party’s renewal and success ahead of the 2028 elections.
