Osabarima Kwaku Adu, adopting his characteristic Africanist lens, undertakes a critical examination of October 24 and its broader implications for the global Black diaspora.
Africa must weep on that day under the sun. The Black is born free, but everywhere you see him in chains for no justifiable cause. Looking at the enormous contribution the Black man has made towards world development since Slavery, the Black man is not allowed yet to breathe. Can someone tell me the exact reason why the Black man is disallowed to think, reason and make plans for himself?
The Black man is under surveillance not to implement any ideology that will make life better. Our children are under close supervision so that they cannot lead meaningful lives.
Our land is under attack to produce unhealthy foods, our political systems are manipulated, and our belief systems are challenged. The widespread use of African at home and abroad is not seen as the best effort for human peace.
The Black Restoration Foundation seeks worldwide attention to rethink how Black people are treated at all levels in human undertakings. This year, on 24 October, all Black people, including lovers of the Black race, are requested to light a candle at 6 pm to foster unity, burn all negative thoughts, cleanse all misfortunes and be baptised by fire to purify ourselves.
On 25 October, it is a day to portray our culture and traditions together with our family and friends by putting on purely African dresses. This day, handy works are shown to create for ourselves and the rest of the world.
On 25 October 2025, we shall celebrate how far the power of the Creator has sustained us. It is a day of good over evil.
The Black Restoration Foundation calls all Blacks home and abroad to participate in this Durbar. By doing this, peace and love will prevail, allowing humanity to share the contributions mankind makes towards world development. We are the world, so let us allow good to prevail over evil since death has no respect for anybody.
For Africans, at home and abroad, to keep our stand to be ourselves, let our traditional leaders, pastors and leaders, including Presidents and Heads of States, observe the fire baptism and the day of good over evil. The book guiding us to win the war is to do good, and evil shall bow. Anyone ready to contribute towards the success of this grand Durbar taking place in Ghana at the Kumasi Cultural Centre by the Year of Return Monument can register with the Black Restoration Foundation. Let us use these three days to change Black History at home and abroad.
Finally, the Black Restoration Foundation is preparing to discuss problems our African Brothers and Sisters are going through in Africa for lasting solutions.
Since half of the story is never been told, the Black Restoration Foundation shall make room for us to share slavery stories on 24 October. Deep agonies our ancestors went through in Africa, on the high seas and overseas. The Black Youth will be called to participate in the stories to refresh their minds on why Africa is suffering.
